The Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (OAME) is one of the premier organizations in the United States providing outstanding services to minority, women and emerging small businesses. OAME was a winner of the 2000 vision award for excellence given by the U.S. Small Business Administration. OAME is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization formed to promote and develop entrepreneurship and economic development for ethnic minorities in the State of Oregon. OAME works as a partnership between ethnic minorities, entrepreneurs, education, government and established corporate businesses.
